Our everyday worries can feel enormous when we are surrounded by them. Deadlines, bills, disagreements and responsibilities demand our attention until they seem to occupy our entire world. Astronomy offers a different perspective.
The universe is unimaginably vast, yet here we are on one small planet capable of looking outward and wondering about it.
You do not need a telescope to experience that feeling. Find somewhere reasonably dark, put your phone away for a moment and simply look. Notice the Moon if it is visible. Find a bright planet or recognise a familiar constellation. Then allow yourself a few minutes simply to exist beneath the stars.
Sometimes perspective is one of the greatest gifts the night sky can offer.
